Though I was born in New England, I moved to South Carolina at a young age and have lived in Charleston for many years with Jim, my husband of over forty years, and our two daughters, Jessica and Christine, who both graduated from Divine Redeemer. I became interested in teaching while I was a parent volunteer working in the library and tutoring here at Divine Redeemer. After graduating from the College of Charleston in 1998, I was hired to teach the 5th grade in 1999 and the 8th grade became my homeroom in 2000. I have been a part of the upper-school team ever since. Currently, I teach language arts to Grades 5-8, math to Grades 5 and 6, and religion to Grade 8. I love being a part of our Divine Redeemer "Family" and I hope to always be a positive influence in our students' lives.
