My name is Patricia Pugh. I was born in Quito, Ecuador. My family and I moved to Washington D.C. in 1963. My Mother was a diplomat in Washington, D.C. for many years. I attended Montgomery College in Maryland and received my B.A. from George Washington University, in Washington, D.C. After serving in the United States Army for three years as an E-6, I was married and had one lovely child -Cassandra Pugh, who is an alumnus of Divine Redeemer. Subsequently in 1980 my husband and I moved to Charleston, S.C. I started teaching Spanish to all grades at Divine Redeemer Catholic School in 1988, and I have been teaching at this school ever since. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, reading a good book, listening to music, going dancing, spending time with my cat, Scooby, and traveling.
